Hi! I’m a writer (of essays and journalism), editor, and teacher. My work has appeared in the Boston Globe Magazine, WBUR Cognoscenti, and Appalachia Journal, and is forthcoming in Outside.
I'm currently an MFA candidate in nonfiction, and a writing instructor, at the University of Arizona. I'm also the Managing Editor of Sonora Review, our graduate student journal. When not writing/teaching/editing, I like to backpack and rock climb. I’m currently based in Tucson, AZ.
Before this, I studied philosophy at Middlebury College, then got a Master’s in bioethics at the Harvard Medical School Center for Bioethics.
